This self-paced program will give you a foundational knowledge of the Human Design system and its most essential elements so you can sustainably, easefully, and naturally weave this knowledge into your own life or begin to integrate with your work. There are reflection prompts and embodiment practices so you can move from mind/knowledge to body/understanding of this material. The intention of this course is to take a system that is esoteric and complex and distill it down so it is digestible, applicable, and can assist you in understanding yourself, your loved ones, your colleagues, your peers, your family, etc. on a deeper level. In creating this course, I drew on my training as a Body-Oriented Coach, Human Design Coach, and my past career in training and curriculum development. You can move through it quickly and finish in an afternoon or you can take your time to reflect and integrate between modules. You can read or listen through most of the material and engage with reflection and embodiment prompts at the end of each section. There are also supplementary photos and videos to help you process and understand. I hope you enjoy, expand, and engage with life more deeply as a result of taking this course.
