There is more.
Many of us coast through life, living cautiously, trying to protect ourselves or show up a certain way to please others or versions of ourselves. I help curious people connect with their bodies so they can embrace the full spectrum of what life has to offer, spend less time in their heads, and get out of their own way to experience more enjoyment, freedom, play, passion, and presence.
Welcome, friend! I'm Whitney.
I am so glad you are here. I am sick and tired of letting conditioning (social media, societal norms, institutions, etc.) tell me that a numb, “normal” existence is the “right one”. I imagine if you’re here, you are sick of the same. Maybe you’ve already thrown off some of the disempowering narratives or the “shoulds” and “shouldn’ts” that keep us from living our lives fully. Maybe you’re curious about what can help you to live with more intention, more joy, more presence, more vitality…
Well, the good news is that YOU can help you. You ARE creative, resourceful, and whole. You have everything you need inside of you to take that next step you’ve been wanting to take. Somewhere in you knows that growth is inevitable and embraces the idea that healing is possible. So then, where do I come in?
I am a Coach. My job is to listen. To witness. To be a part of your process. To track and capture. To encourage. To challenge. To mirror. To help you fully realize the potential of your own awareness, the potential of your own wisdom, and the massive potential you have for enjoying life, feeling good, feeling grief, feeling it all, surviving, thriving, enduring, embracing the whole spectrum of human experience, and doing it with a curious mind and a playful heart.
I do this through a unique combination of tools, talents, and ways of exploring that I have gathered over my lifetime.
DANCE: with intuitive movement we harness the power of play to expand our window of enjoyment and break through stagnant and stuck patterns of thinking and doing.
HUMAN DESIGN: with this robust self-discovery system, we invite in self-forgiveness, experience the validation that comes from self-knowledge, and lay the foundations for liberating the mind and learning to make truly aligned decisions.
BODY-ORIENTED COACHING: with somatics we create a container for listening to and trusting the wisdom of the body. We learn to regulate the nervous system and rectify the body-mind divide and journey back to a whole self experiencing of life.
I imagine this all sounds very esoteric or too good to be true? Maybe it sounds like just another coach, promising things they couldn’t possibly deliver. I get that. I’ve been there. The difference here is that I am not claiming that I will do this for you or that this way is the only way or that I have some formula or that your external circumstances will completely change overnight.
I am just here to tell you that you have so much in you, you have a deep capacity for enjoyment and presence (yes! Even on the dark days!), and that you deserve to quit coasting or numbing and really LIVE your life.
If any of that resonates and especially if it sparks curiosity, I would love to meet you and if we already know each other, I’d love to connect about what’s happening in your world and just listen and maybe, help you feel seen, heard, and held. You deserve that!
Stay curious, my friends.
TL;DR
"Working with Whitney as my coach has been immensely beneficial. She creates a safe emotional container for diving deep and she regularly makes insightful requests that challenge my limiting beliefs and help me stretch so I continue growing into the person and leader I aspire to be.
As a coach myself, my expectations and standards for coaching are very high, yet Whitney continues to surprise and delight me as a client with her ability to reflect back what is most value and shine light into the dark corners where I haven't bothered/wanted to look.
Choosing Whitney as my coach has been one of the best financial and time investments I've ever made. I'm grateful that she was recommended to me."

Human Design
Human Design is a holistic self-discovery system with roots in Astrology, the Chakra system, and the I Ching. The foundational elements of Type and Strategy validate who you are here to be, your Authority tell you where and how to make efficient decisions, and exploring the Nine Centers helps you understand your strengths and challenges. This helps to understand the 'where' of listening to the body.
Dance & Movement
When you move intuitively you can access courage and change your trajectory. Through playfulness you can incrementally expand your comfort zone in a supportive and compassionate way. This helps to shift old patterns, break cycles, and uncover what is not already known. Dance helps us get really curious about how you stand, walk, and move and what that tells us about what you believe about yourself and the world.
Somatic Coaching
Somatic Coaching helps to cultivate a deeper self-awareness and access the whole spectrum of thought, sensation, and feeling to breakthrough old stories, unconscious beliefs, and stuck patterns. This style of coaching allows for creative ways of working that are rooted in mindfulness and a variety of body-oriented tools, therapies, interventions, and principles. This is an explorative and trauma-sensitive container for regulating the nervous system.

Whitney is the type of life coach who’s real and honest. She's a pro at communication and breaks down complex ideas into understandable bits of information. Whitney knows Human Design inside and out; she really embodies it in her work. She walked me through my chart, making it simple to grasp. I appreciated her deep dive into both personal and professional aspects. She helped me see how my design plays out in daily life, and it was absolutely eye-opening. It's all about knowing myself better—it's about using that knowledge actively: Moving forward with purpose.
Kate Millet,
Mindfulness Practitioner
Whitney's workshops, classes and life coaching have all resonated with some part of me that was ready to be moved through in that moment. Her offerings offer embodiment, experience and passion, while tailoring to my (and/or the class's) specific needs. I've always felt encouraged to explore the moment in new ways with her, while listening to my own limits of comfort.
