This is a one-off coaching session designed to help you move what’s stuck and hear what’s true. Whether you're overwhelmed, navigating change, or just craving time to breathe and reset—this space is for you. We’ll slow down and tune into your body’s wisdom. Through gentle conversation, intuitive tools, and simple movement, if desired, we’ll follow what wants to emerge. It’s not about pushing clarity — it’s about allowing presence.
